Rhonda Silver is a life-long resident of the area. She has a BSBA in Finance from Appalachian State University and several years experience in banking. Rhonda is passionate about the local real estate market. She owns several local businesses and is a lifelong entrepreneur. She enjoys travel with her husband Frank and son Blake.  She enjoys travelling and finding new business opportunities. Rhonda is busy in the community having volunteered with the McDowell County Chamber of Commerce, Relay for Life, United Way, State Employees Credit Union Advisory Board and an annual scholarship to the local high school. She is a member of the McDowell Board of Realtors, NC Board of Realtors and National Board of Realtors.

Jan Allison, REALTOR®

Jan Allison is a local realtor who has lived in this area her entire life. Jan spent nearly 20 years working as a registered nurse in cardio-pulmonary rehabilitation before changing careers to become a small business owner. Jan also owns multiple businesses and loves finding new opportunities for her clients. Jan lives in Old Fort with her husband and three children. Jan enjoys traveling and hiking and working on community and church projects including the Pleasant Gardens PTO, youth sports and serving on the McDowell County Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors.
